Oknoplast Sp. z o.o., headquartered in Ochmanów (hereinafter “Oknoplast” or the “Company”), places great importance on the privacy and security of all individuals visiting websites managed by the Company.

We use both our own cookies and those from trusted service providers such as YouTube, WordPress, and Google.  

We use the information collected by cookies solely for our own purposes. In the case of handling your inquiry or presenting an offer, a selected Business Partner or another company from the Oknoplast group may also access the information collected by cookies and your personal data, if it was provided to them by Oknoplast to assist you with Oknoplast products and services or to contact you in response to your inquiry or for marketing purposes, if you have given consent.  

If our Business Partner acts for their own purposes, such as selling their own products and services, they are an independent controller of your personal data or the information collected by cookies used on their own websites—and are solely responsible for their actions.  

Additionally, some cookie providers—such as Google, Facebook, and YouTube—may use them for their own purposes, which you can read about in their privacy policies linked to each cookie in the “Details” section or in section IX below. 

7. Do cookies collect my personal data? 

The answer depends on the type of cookie. Generally, cookies do not collect information that qualifies as personal data, i.e., information about an identified or identifiable individual. 

For example, statistical cookies that collect information about page visits or analyze site traffic usually do not constitute personal data, as they are anonymized, statistical data that cannot be linked to a specific user. 

However, some information collected—such as through marketing cookies that track your interests based on content you search for on our site, or through analytical cookies—may constitute personal data if it can be linked to you as our customer or someone who has consented to marketing contact, e.g., via the device ID where the cookie was installed. 

We ensure the security of this information and use it solely to handle your inquiry and for our internal sales analysis. This helps us understand what interests you in our products and allows us to offer personalized content. If you do not agree to Oknoplast collecting cookies other than those necessary, simply do not give your consent. Remember, if you use a browser on multiple devices, you should request deletion on each one, as cookies are typically stored per device and are not linked to a specific user or their personal data. You can also use your browser settings to delete existing cookies.
