OKNOPLAST Group was founded on the legacy of a European leader in PVC joinery — the family-owned company OKNOPLAST, which has been setting trends and standards in the window and door industry since 1994.
As early as 1998, the ALUHAUS brand was launched, specializing in the production of aluminum joinery, known for its unique design and top-tier quality. These two brands became the foundation of OKNOPLAST Group.
In 2024, OKNOPLAST Group joined forces with Austrian company HRACHOWINA – one of the oldest wooden joinery manufacturers in Europe. With over 100 years of craftsmanship tradition and unmatched woodwork expertise, the HRACHOWINA brand is positioned in the TOP Premium segment.
The CATADI brand has joined the group, specializing in premium joinery sales for investment clients. We produce windows for smart investments, offering not only exceptional product quality but also hassle-free service, express order fulfillment, and competitive pricing.
In 2022, OKNOPLAST Group expanded its portfolio with the SKYVI brand, which manufactures aluminum pergolas designed for single-family homeowners and enthusiasts of shade and comfort.
The acquisition of the Spanish premium brand Hermet 10, renowned for its long-standing tradition and strong market position on the Iberian Peninsula.
The acquisition of the production plant in Rąbień near Łódź led to the creation of the WnD brand, which delivers the best experience in the economic joinery segment.
